This is a new mixed use development that will offer 209 mainly studio and one-bedroom apartments. Residents of this complex will have two levels of parking underground, and will be about 2 city blocks away from the Purple Line station at Wilshire and Normandie. The kitchens and bathrooms were designed by the experts at Bradco Kitchens and Baths, and the installation was completed by the professionals at B&R Construction Inc. Custom cabinetry was provided by Bradco’s kitchen and bath custom cabinet factory.
