Each unit blends a mixture of public and private spaces, generous light, large balconies and some with hardwood flooring. Kitchens boast Bosch appliances, Bertazzoni ranges, and Bradco Kitchens and Baths environmentally friendly cabinets. These cabinets are 100% Urea Formaldahyde-free and are LEED certified. Bathrooms feature Caesarstone counters, Duravit sinks and Hans Grohe fixtures. Custom cabinetry was provided by Bradco’s kitchen and bath custom cabinet factory.
The building honors its location as the historic sight of Cherokee, MGM and Republic studios. This was the site where diverse artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dave Matthews, and David Bowie recorded music.
