Wow! That sounds like fun AND work. It is simple: What was it about the previous space that you didn't like and what was missing that you would like to have this time around? Will you need a lot or just a little storage? What type of equipment do you like to work on? How many people will use the space? What is your style? What are your favorite colors? In short, make a shopping list and bring it along.

One thing that all the experts and guide books recommend is set a budget. Decide how much you want to invest in upgrading your space and enhancing your lifestyle. One of the most important things your designer will need in order to give you a preliminary quote are the measurements of your kitchen. It is easy for you to measure your kitchen and provide us with these measurements. Remember that these measurements do not need to be exact as we will never order a kitchen from the measurements you provide. Re-measuring is part of the ordering process. To do the measuring you should measure the kitchen or bathroom from wall to wall, including measurements of all doors and windows as well as the ceiling height. With the information provided in this first meeting, our staff will work on a preliminary estimate.

Bradco Kitchen designers are trained experts with many years of experience. Bradco designers use their training, expertise and state of the art computer system to lay out a virtual kitchen or bathroom for you. This allows you to see your new design before a single hammer is swung. Once you accept our preliminary estimate and upon a non-refundable design retainer fee, our staff will complete the design and finalize the proposal. For Kitchens, a design retainer is a minimum of $ 2,500 and this payment is 100% applicable towards the purchase of your kitchen cabinets. For bathrooms, the retainer is $ 3,000 and 2/3 of this payment can be used towards your bathroom purchase.

Cabinets are the cornerstone of your new kitchen design. After the design and proposal are reviewed by you with the Designer, a Sales Order is prepared. Upon payment, a complete set of floor plans, perspective views and elevations will be presented to you. If our in-house construction team is not performing the installation, you will need to give these plans to your installer. They will need these plans to properly install your new kitchen cabinets. Once you placed your order, a designer will verify all your dimensions. This is part of our crosschecking system, which helps insure that your order arrives correctly, and fits the first time. It is also your assurance that if there is a problem with the fit, BRADCO will stand behind it. Please remember that with any project, especially one as involved as a kitchen remodel, communication is the key. Let your BRADCO designer know all your plans and intentions. Depending on the location of the factory and the complexity of the product, the lead-time for your cabinets and products can vary from one (1) to sixteen (16) weeks. Once the order is received at our warehouse, a BRADCO representative will contact you to set up a pick-up or delivery time. Most of our cabinetry includes job-site delivery.
