Dear Michael: It was in May that a final contract was signed and agreed upon to commence work on the remodeling of our kitchen and master bathroom. At that time it was the culmination of much research by my wife, and sometimes me tagging along, for the last 2 1/2 years. I was also convinced it was the right decision on how the kitchen was to be done as to the other options we had explored. My wife is tremendously thorough and had looked into all different ways to redo a kitchen before meeting you the first time. It was after that meeting that she was convinced she had found the person to work with on this project. I was then summoned to meet you and validate this decision. The following is a synopsis of what transpired after that day. We have done considerable work to our house since we first purchased it some 27 years ago and as such have had many dealings with contractors and alike that have made proposals we couldn't refuse. I don't think we have missed any room in our house, or for that matter outside as well. I guess you could say we have constantly tried to improve what we thought, at the time , the most beautiful house ever built. The moral of this expose is that I don't think we ever got what we were promised. The stories are too gruesome to retell and as I'm getting into my senior years I really try to forget what has transpired in the past and look forward to the future. And so with much trepidation I signed the contract with Bradco Kitchens and Bath to make our kitchen beautiful again. I even went so far as to suggest that we put in a late clause if you could not complete the job in a suitable manner time wise. You were so convincing that it was not going to be a problem that I decided, much to my amazement, to go along one more time to see if we had finally found the right man for the job. Michael, your team of artists, and I mean that sincerely, overwhelmed us right from the start. They showed up for work on the first day and did not stop until they had accomplished what had been promised. I cannot spell all their names but I made it a point to inform you of how terrific these guys were. Roberto was always on top of things and when any questions arose he took care of them immediately if not sooner. He is truly a jewel and if I were to go back into business he would be my first employee. Since I am somewhat fastidious when it comes to picking up after a mess, I was pleasantly surprised when your men would show up at the end of the day and take away the trash. That was great. In addition, even at the very end when sometimes a lackadaisical attitude appears, your people were right on time and making sure that we were taken care of right up to the end. Thank you. If at any time you would like to bring people over to show them what you did, we would be happy to make the kitchen available. Our master bathroom is wonderful as well and was completed without incident and is open for inspection. Please feel free as well to have anyone call us for a recommendation and to confirm that we actually wrote this letter of satisfaction. If we ever need some work done in the future, and you know my wife, you will certainly be the ones we call. Without exception. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
